Engena is your proven partner for development services. We offer an all-inclusive package to developers and landowners, ranging from project assessment to environmental report creation, design and access statements, and planning.
Our goal? To ensure your project needs are fully taken care of. Our skilled team is central to the conceptualisation, planning, and implementation stages of projects.
This applies to a range of developments, whether it's renewable energy/utility schemes, infrastructure or housing.
Our services include feasibility studies, layout design input, environmental assessments, planning applications, and consultations. We bring decades' worth of experience in planning across the renewable and energy infrastructure sector. Our clients value our extensive knowledge of the full development process, as we support them from site identification, project consenting, all the way through to financial closure.
Every project matters to us, irrespective of its size. Whether it's a single wind turbine, solar farm or multi-technology hub, we'll give it our undivided attention and care.
As a unique "developer's developer", Engena not only offers Environmental Impact Assessments and Reports, but comprehensive development solutions. In fact, we do more than just highlighting issues that pop up during the planning phase. We actively identify a selection of feasible solutions to issues, helping you address problems or concerns upfront and without delay.
